Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Greer, South Carolina,29650
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM
Pay rate: $22.90–$29.15
Contract: 3-month duration (temp to hire)

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ Troubleshoot and repair production equipment promptly, thoroughly, and cost-effectively
+ Conduct preventive maintenance checks on assigned equipment and report findings
+ Complete work orders and update the maintenance tracking system
+ Identify/correct electrical issues, including drives and PLCs
+ Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and downtime
+ Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
+ Address and rectify any immediate safety concerns for employees
+ Maintain the building's safety and appearance, including utilities, ventilation, housekeeping, and plumbing
+ Communicate current and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager
