🛠️ **What You’ll Do**

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and production equipment
+ Perform preventive maintenance and keep systems running efficiently
+ Support production by minimizing downtime and completing work orders

✅ **What You Need**

+ 2+ years maintenance experience (manufacturing or similar)
+ Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to read blueprints/schematics and work hands-on

➕ **Preferred (Not Required)**

+ PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley / Siemens)
+ Experience in GMP / medical device / pharma environment
