Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance techniques
• Support equipment reliability improvements through planned maintenance activities
• Identify and eliminate root causes of unplanned downtime
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance activities to a high standard
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce waste
• Share technical knowledge and information with colleagues across the business
