**What You’ll Do**
+ Perform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environments
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems
+ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partners
+ Prioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code‑compliant completion
+ Order materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS
+ Participate in on‑call rotation as needed
