**Position:** Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Fargo, ND
**Pay:** $28–$32/hour, DOE*
**About the Role**
Kelly Services is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading local manufacturer. These are excellent, long-term opportunities to work with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Openings are available on both 2nd and 3rd shift.

**Shifts Available**


+ **2nd Shift:** 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Monday – Friday)
+ **3rd Shift:** 10:30pm – 6:30am (Monday – Friday)
+ _Pay: $28–$32/hour (depending on experience)_

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Perform routine and specialized maintenance on advanced production and assembly equipment
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
+ Interpret schematic drawings for electrical and mechanical systems
+ Complete preventative maintenance and keep accurate records using maintenance software
