Role Purpose

The Resident Manager / Building Operator is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property to the companies standards while delivering high-quality customer service, efficient operations, and a safe living environment for residents. The role oversees day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, leasing support, tenant relations, and emergency response, working closely with the Property Manager, contractors, and residents.
