Job Description
This role is in a climate controlled facility and focuses on configuring, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting automated production equipment, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and equipment reliability. The Maintenance / Automation Technician performs regular inspections, replaces wear parts, and supports production goals by minimizing downtime and improving process efficiency on complex automatic cable assembly equipment.
Qualifications
- Set up and operate complex automatic production equipment to support daily production requirements.
- 2+ years of experience working with automated or industrial equipment preferred.
- Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, , HMIs and control systems required.
- Experience with robotics preferred.
