Maintenance Technician Electrical Bias (LW)

An opportunity has arisen to join our Maintenance Team within the NHS Central Acute Sector.

You should have completed an appropriate recognised electrical apprenticeship with qualifications and experience in working within the confines of other trades i.e. mechanical and plumbing disciplines.

The duties involve installation and modifications to domestic electrical systems, air conditioning & air handling units, generators, boiler plants, fire alarms, CCTV systems, building management systems, domestic cold & hot water systems, heating systems, etc. You will be qualified to IEE Reg’s 18th Edition and will hold a City & Guilds Testing & Inspection qualification, as well as qualifications relevant to mechanical and plumbing disciplines. You will become proficient with SHTM’s 03, 04, & 06 as well as other healthcare technical manuals to allow you to achieve Competent Person qualification.
