**What You’ll Do**

+ Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to keep production running
+ Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
+ Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and gear systems
+ Support PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment (training provided)
+ Assist with basic electrical repairs and diagnostics
+ Maintain and service high-pressure boiler systems
+ Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
+ Perform light welding and fabrication as needed
