We are seeking a highly capable, energetic, and can-do-it-all Maintenance Technician to join our estate care team in Lake Tahoe. This role is perfect for a true handyman who is confident, versatile, and takes pride in keeping a property running smoothly. You will handle everything from basic household repairs to heavy lifting and seasonal outdoor care. A positive attitude is essential—no task should be considered too small, whether it is assembling furniture or breaking down cardboard boxes.

Key Responsibilities
General Home Repairs & Handyman Tasks: Fix broken garbage disposals, install doggy doors, change lightbulbs, replace water filters, install new water taps, and repair sprinklers.

Proactive & Property Maintenance: Routinely inspect the property to proactively schedule needed maintenance and ensure all systems are operating optimally.
