**Job Description**

This role focuses on leading and mentoring maintenance craftsmen to inspect, repair, calibrate, install, and maintain industrial combustion and process control systems. You will ensure that all combustion-related equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards, while supporting continuous improvement in reliability and product quality across the operation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead, mentor, and assist maintenance craftsmen in demonstrating safe work practices and maintaining full compliance with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
+ Direct and support craftsmen in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on combustion equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and consistent product uniformity.
