Maintenance Technician - Commercial Real Estate

Coastline Equity is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall condition of our commercial properties.

Independent role for someone who can diagnose issues, complete jobs fully, and maintain high property standards without constant supervision. You’ll also participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be trusted to handle urgent issues when they arise.

We’re looking for someone with experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally in a commercial setting, who can troubleshoot issues and solve problems without needing constant direction. The right person is reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently across multiple properties.
