Maintenance Technician

Position Overview The Maintenance employee is responsible for safely maintaining, repairing, and converting equipment, rolling stock, sprinkler systems, and other facility components. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in varying conditions, including occasional nights and weekends. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, cleaning up spills, and keeping the shop organized. A self-motivated attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
