**Industrial Maintenance Technician**

Join our high‑volume **manufacturing maintenance team** and keep production running safely and efficiently. This hands‑on role focuses on **preventive maintenance** , **mechanical repair** , and **equipment troubleshooting** across a wide range of industrial systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Preventive Maintenance** — Perform PMs on production equipment (approx. 70% of workload) to maximize uptime.
+ **Mechanical Repair** — Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, motors, pumps, conveyors, mixers, blenders, roasters, and related machinery.
+ **Electrical Troubleshooting** — Diagnose blown fuses, tripped breakers, and basic 480V motor issues.
+ **Blueprint & Schematic Reading** — Interpret electrical diagrams to identify faults and plan repairs.
+ **Root‑Cause Analysis** — Determine why equipment failed and implement long‑term fixes.
