Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support facility and production equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Location: Camarillo, CA 93010 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM + half day Saturdays 
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
Pay Rate: $30–$32 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (weekly, monthly, annual)
Assist with machine changeovers and equipment setup
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow food safety, quality, and safety standards
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
Work overtime and weekends as needed
