**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role provides hands-on facilities maintenance support for a veterans residential building in downtown Boston. The Maintenance Technician ensures that common areas, event spaces, tenant units, and rooftop spaces remain safe, functional, and well-maintained through a broad range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks. You will receive initial training on first shift with an experienced maintenance manager before transitioning to your regular schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair common areas, event spaces, tenant spaces, and rooftop areas to ensure they remain safe, clean, and fully operational.
+ Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs as needed.
