Maintenance Technician - Belle Glade

Manpower is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a company in Belle Glade, FL.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$19.00/hr.

This role involves a variety of mechanical maintenance tasks, including the repair, replacement, and installation of parts, fixtures, appliances, and structures. The position requires the ability to use appropriate methods, tools, and materials while working independently with minimal supervision. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Lead Technician.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with unit turnovers to ensure they are clean, safe, and move-in ready

• Painting and replacing windows and screens

• Preparing interior and exterior surfaces for painting and applying finishes

• Performing minor plaster patching

• Repairing gutters and downspouts
