A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

+ Implement company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws
+ Respond to all enquiries promptly
+ Performing preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel
+ Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs, identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting the maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
+ Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
