**Job Title:** **Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift (Direct Hire Opportunities)**
**Location:** **Youngstown, OH area**
**Schedule:** **2nd & 3rd Shift Openings**
**Pay:** **$27–$40/hr (based on experience)**

We are actively seeking experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for multiple **direct hire opportunities** with leading manufacturing companies in the Youngstown area.

If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy keeping production running efficiently, we want to connect with you.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
+ Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machines (Allen-Bradley preferred)
+ Support continuous improvement and uptime initiatives
+ Work independently on off-shifts with minimal supervision
