**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and control issues in production machinery using diagrams, sketches, manuals, and manufacturer specifications. You will be tasked with tearing down, rebuilding, and adjusting machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Facility maintenance tasks such as welding, plumbing, painting, and carpentry will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain facility systems such as lighting, HVAC, and structural components, conduct preventive maintenance and lubrication on production equipment, and keep detailed repair and maintenance logs while tracking downtime for each machine. Additionally, you will instruct production teams on proper preventive maintenance procedures and ensure the proper use, care, and organization of all tools and equipment.
