**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role applies mechanical theory and related technical knowledge to test, modify, and improve manufacturing machinery and equipment, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machines, facility equipment, and plant systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on manufacturing machinery and facility equipment.
+ Inspect, set up, and adjust machine rolls, including embossing and die rolls, to support quality production.
