Maintenance Technician

Our client in the housing industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting the Associate Director of Facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Pay Range:** $29 per hour

**What's the Job?**

+ Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of assigned properties
+ Ensure the upkeep and safety of the property
+ Work alongside the team in indoor and outdoor environments
+ Flexibility to adapt to unplanned events while remaining resourceful and efficient
+ Coordinate with the Associate Director of Facilities to ensure the maintenance teams deliver Safe, Appropriate and Sanitary Housing to all our residents
