**Job Description**

This 3rd shift role focuses on maintaining and optimizing a high-volume industrial plastic coatings facility equipped with multiple automated paint lines and robotics. You will ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of automated paint systems, robotic painters, and facility equipment by performing expert troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility support. The position requires strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls skills, along with the ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
