**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Fort Wayne. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment, including conveyors, palletizing machines, bag sealers, filler machines, blow molds, and mixing machines. You will also handle maintenance tasks involving label printers, pipes, valves, forklifts, and facilities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
+ Work on conveyors, palletizing/wrapping machines, bag sealers, filler machines, blow molds, and mixing machines.
+ Maintain and repair label printers, pipes, valves, forklifts, and facilities.
+ Complete tasks with a focus on 40% electrical and 60% mechanical work.
+ Be responsible for on-call duties on Sundays, with scheduled rotation among the team.
