**Maintenance Technician (Afternoon/Evening Shift)**
**Schedule:** 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (flexible) **Training Start Time:** 4:00 AM **Pay Range:** $25–$45 per hour (based on experience)
**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support our food processing and packaging operations. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical abilities, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast?paced industrial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
+ Operate at an apprentice level while learning all plant equipment
+ Maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS system
+ Follow all safety standards, SOPs, quality guidelines, and HACCP regulations
+ Support continuous improvement and minimize equipment downtime
