Summary of Position

• Cornerstone Housing Partners currently manages and maintains 160 buildings and 4 mobile home parks in Bennington and Rutland County.
• The Maintenance Tech general homeowner-level maintenance skills and would handle general maintenance in occupied apartments at the resident’s request and vacant apartments to return them to move-in condition for future residents.
• This position requires maintaining maintenance and repair records of activities using computerized work order and time management systems.
• This position requires availability for after-hour emergency response on a rotating schedule for several days/nights at a time including weekends and holidays.
