Job Description

An Extrusion Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment. They perform preventative maintenance to maximize machine uptime, minimize production downtime, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Pay is BOE $25
Must have electrical background 480V 3 phase is a must!!!
This is a 2,2,3 rotating schedule 4:30am-4:30pm 
Core Responsibilities
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance on extrusion presses, screws, barrels, drives, and auxiliary systems (chillers, conveyors, and resin loaders) to prevent equipment failure
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Disassemble machinery, replace defective components, and calibrate systems.]
