About the role
:Join our Maintenance team and help keep our Enliven villages and care homes safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. 

This hands-on role includes general repairs, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and responding to maintenance requests. We're looking for a practical problem-solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team. Experience in maintenance, building, or a related trade is preferred.

Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and handyman tasks across our sites
Complete preventative maintenance and respond promptly to maintenance requests
Coordinate contractors and support site improvement projects
Maintain safe, compliant, and well-presented buildings and grounds
