Maintenance Team Leader (MTL)

The Maintenance Team Leader (MTL) is responsible for supervising and directing a team of Operational and Trades staff as well as the coordination of contractors/sub-contractors in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine, and on-demand services for various building systems.

The MTL will oversee the execution of activities performed by Operational and Trades staff and vendors to ensure that work is performed in accordance with established policies, processes, procedures and is in compliance with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Leader also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance (as needed) as well as routine and on-demand services where needed.
