Job Description

Position Overview
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities across machining, CNC, robotics, and induction equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment availability, asset reliability, and efficient work scheduling while supervising technicians, solving problems on the shop floor, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee shift operations, maintenance diagnostics, planning, documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards. 
Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance personnel across rotating shifts and ensure full alignment with plant goals and safety standards.
Troubleshoot equipment failures, PLC systems (Siemens), CNC control systems, and robotic operations (Yaskawa).
Execute and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM), predictive tasks, and corrective actions.
