We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 160 studio unit property in Tallahassee, Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and units are in excellent condition.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the Maintenance Manager will supervise a team of maintenance technicians and work closely with property management to provide exceptional service to our residents.
