**Job Description**

This role oversees a team of approximately 15 maintenance professionals, including mechanics and electricians, in a highly automated automotive plant. The Maintenance Supervisor analyzes and responds to the daily manufacturing plan, manages and resolves equipment breakdowns, and ensures all preventive maintenance activities are completed on schedule. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, and close collaboration with production to keep equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
