Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

This role provides leadership and direction to the Maintenance department and its staff members. This is a three‑shift rotation position with a two‑week rotation.

Required Education and Experience

• Millwright and/or Electrical and/or Tool & Die trades certification and/or a combination of 5‑10 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic knowledge of Windows computer software.
• Working knowledge of E‑Maintenance or similar maintenance program is preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF certifications and audits.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of operating maintenance tools and equipment.
• Press experience would be an asset.
