Purpose of Position: Supervise and oversee the activities of maintenance mechanics that perform repairs, installation and maintenance on all equipment in the processing area (bagging machines, conveyors, dryers, sorters, cutters).

Work with Manager and Engineering to determine manpower requirements for upcoming projects.
Develop work assignments using knowledge of mechanics capabilities, machines and equipment.
