Maintenance supervisor

Responsibilities Performs daily maintenance of the resorts electrical systems, equipment, plumbing, and painting. Ensure all service areas comply with safety requirements and Simbithi quality standards. Prioritises daily and weekly tasks according to operational needs. Maintains the asset register and plans for the disposal and repair of assets. Manages assets in line with service level guarantees and ensures the delivery of maintenance service contracts. Addresses any issues of non-delivery promptly. Prepares monthly payments to service providers and submits them to finance for payment after quality inspections. Follows the Simbithi purchasing and accounting standard operating procedures. Plans and executes preventative maintenance and refurbishments within budget. Conducts risk analysis and reports findings to management. Consults with shared services on maintenance matters beyond their expertise. Implements contingency plans as approved by management.
