This 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor role oversees mechanical and electrical maintenance for high-speed food production equipment in a GMP manufacturing facility. The position focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of packaging and production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on food production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain consistent output.
+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production runs to quickly restore operations.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs of production equipment during machine service windows.
+ Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs, ensuring equipment is ready and properly configured.
