Job Description

Overview
Consistent job performance of a fully qualified maintenance professional acting on a Supervisor level; provides maintenance to the agency’s houses and buildings, supervises maintenance staff, to ensure all the needs of the programs have been met. Supervisors will be expected to carry out and perform the responsibilities that are specific for the needs and support of the location or program assignment they have been assigned. 
 Responsibilities 
Make periodic visits to assigned responsibilities/sites to build a working relationship with agency staff and inspect the site for preventive maintenance issues; report any condition, take necessary action, or determine a course of action to correct the issue with minimal impact to the program.
Responsible for the accountability of all receipts, inventory and equipment used by the maintenance staff under their supervision.
