• Meet with the property managers and identify work force needs at each property, communicate them to the Maintenance regional and recruiter to fulfill them.

• Ensure that maintenance parts list are being used at each property, inspect maintenance shops to ensure that they are up to Chamberlin + Associates standards.

• Review and follow up on ! star reviews.

• Ensure curb appeal and create an action plan list for it.

• Ensure that work order process y being followed at each property.
