This Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be based on a large single site with multiple buildings and critical systems.
The Role and Duties:
Lead a team of 10x Techs
Services include HVAC, Refrigeration, BMS and Fire services
Responsible for diagnostics, maintenance and testing of plant and equipment
Gas and refrigerant usage and disposal
Timesheet approval
Running tool box talks
Manage subcontractors
Reliability and safety are number one priorities!
