As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations using precision and preventative maintenance to maximize plant and production equipment uptime. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will help coach and guide the maintenance staff to ensure adherence to preferred maintenance practices to maximize efficiency and safety.

How you will impact Smurfit WestRock:

• Assist and provide direction for maintenance staff with equipment troubleshooting to mitigate downtime
• Monitor and approve inventory orders to control storeroom spending according to planned budget
• Ensure compliance and proper use of parts and equipment according to preferred maintenance practices
• Oversee staff compliance with corporate, division, plant safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Lead development and implementation of continuous process improvement of reliability plans in the plant
