This pivotal role involves enhancing production and manufacturing plant efficiencies to maintain seamless production processes.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Completed Matric Certificate Non-trade tested N2 certification, in either fitter or fitter and turner Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in machine changeovers, setups, programming, and minor fault finding within the FMCG environment Must be available to work full shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, or adapt to future shift patterns as required
