Job Description

Job Summary
The position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions throughout the facility. The supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance technicians (typically 8 to 10). This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
Essential Functions
Downtime tracking and analysis.
Preventative maintenance tracking and analysis.
Education tracking and scheduling for Maintenance Technicians.
Perform audits (e.g., housekeeping, safety, lockout/tagout).
Continuous Improvement.
Time and attendance tracking for direct reports.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma.
Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) in Industrial Maintenance or a relevant field of study.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
2-5 years management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
