ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To Perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential function.
Supervise a team of production maintenance associates, directing maintenance and improvement activities including: the installation and maintenance of production machines and equipment, emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment, scheduled maintenance repairs, diagnose problems, repair parts, and test and make adjustment.
Work with the plant leadership team to develop sustainable maintenance processes that reduce overall equipment downtime.
Stay actively engaged with individual and team continuous improvement activities.
Work with manufacturing department to coordinate equipment preventative maintenance.
Maintain and enhance computer maintenance management system.
