Maintenance Supervisor

Brembo North America, a world leader and innovator in the design and manufacturing of braking systems and components, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the work execution of all activities and assigned projects within the plant. They are responsible to the Maintenance Manager for the efficient and effective use of department/shift manpower, materials, parts and other resources under their supervision. They are charged with the development of journeyman and technicians under their supervision into a well-trained, committed, and spirited “maintenance team”. They must also be able to provide equipment-related expertise and technical guidance to ensure proper work execution.
