Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

The Maintenance Leader - Supervisor is a technical leader and has overall responsibility of the maintenance team for ensuring timely and quality repair of equipment, execution of preventative maintenance and plant machinery to minimize downtime for safe and efficient operation. The incumbent will provide direction to third party contractors and work with the company's maintenance team to ensure necessary support for the bakery. The role takes initiatives to ensure operations are in compliance with safety standards and environmental practices.

Shift

This role requires flexibility and if required may occasionally provide support to the Maintenance team during major breakdowns outside of normal business hours, including weekends.
