**Job Description**
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring production uptime, equipment reliability, facility safety, regulatory compliance, and overall operational efficiency. Initially, this position functions as a hands-on individual contributor without direct reports, but may evolve to include supervision of Maintenance Technicians and/or external service providers as the department grows.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, document, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
+ Diagnose and coordinate repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
+ Organize internal personnel or external contractors to resolve equipment failures.
+ Communicate estimated downtime and repair plans to Operations and Production leadership.
+ Maintain and manage spare parts inventory within economical standards.
