The Maintenance Supervisor oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, ensures high-quality workmanship, manages inventory and purchasing, and supports complex repairs and special projects across multiple properties. The position requires a hands-on leader with a strong construction and maintenance experience who can effectively troubleshoot issues, guide a team, and maintain safe, compliant, and well-functioning buildings.
