This role includes overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction. The position requires a proactive leader capable of balancing administrative tasks with hands‐on responsibilities across several sites.
