6 month temp - perm role - Maintenance Supervisor Salary 34, 254 - 42,977 To Supervise a small team of maintenance staff, 5 trades people located throughout Bute & Cowal locality - Cowal (Dunoon), Bute (Rothesay), Helensburgh & Lochside (Helensburgh VICC) of the HSCP. The Estates Department looks after all buildings and equipment across the service. Its role is to make sure everything is safe, maintained, and meets legal and NHS standards. The team manages 56 properties with a budget of around 3.7 million. There are 25 staff covering technical and support roles. Main Responsibilities Supervision & Planning Manage and supervise maintenance staff and contractors. Plan and organise maintenance schedules (electrical, mechanical, buildings, and grounds).
