Maintenance Supervisor

The Property/Building/Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance Supervisor) will be responsible for the daily operations, preventive maintenance and repair of physical assets for the Ewald Automotive Group. This individual will lead the Maintenance Department technicians, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets and ensure compliance with all safety standards. In addition, the Supervisor will have working responsibilities to assist and complete projects as assigned. This position must balance hands‐on technical troubleshooting with strategic facility management to optimize long‐term property and asset values.
